Overview: Dialog Toolbar |
The Dialog Toolbar is used to align dialog controls (individually or in groups), zoom in and out of dialogs, view original language versions of dialog boxes and improve the overall productivity of a localization professional.
From left to right, the toolbar contains the following commands.

Left align |
Left align a group of controls. |
Right align |
Right align a group of controls. |
Top align |
Top align a group of controls. |
Bottom align |
Bottom align a group of controls. |
Center vertically |
Align a group of controls along the vertical axis. |
Center horizontally |
Align a group of controls along the horizontal axis. |
Same height |
Make the height of a group of controls match. |
Same width |
Make the width of a group of controls match. |
Same size vertically and horizontally |
Make the width and height of controls match. |
Flip dialog controls |
Flip all controls in a dialog box so that they appear correctly in bidirectional languages such as Arabic or Hebrew. |
View original dialog |
Display original dialog. |
Zoom In |
Zoom into a dialog box. This makes all controls and fonts bigger, and easier to read on the screen. |
Zoom Out |
Zoom out of a dialog box. This makes all controls and fonts smaller. |
Default Zoom |
Cancels the effect of zooming and returns the dialog box to its original size. |
Test for clipped text |
Detect any clipped text in a dialog box. |
Test for duplicate hotkeys |
Detect any duplicate hotkeys in a dialog box. |
Test for overlapping controls |
Detect any overlapping controls in a dialog box. |
