Use the Machine Translation Setup dialog to configure the PROMT Machine Translations service. This dialog will appear the first time you use PROMT or when a new source and target language is selected.

Server URL: Specify the URL for your PROMT Machine Translation Server.

Username: Specify your account username here. If you're using the FREE PROMT Machine Translation service, you should leave this blank.

Password: Specify your account password here. If you're using the FREE PROMT Machine Translation service, you should leave this blank.

Default PROMT MT Server. A FREE PROMT Machine Translation server has been provided for use for Alchemy PUBLISHER clients. This service is available on https://80.249.188.95/pts8/Services/PTService.asmx. To access this FREE service, simply type this URL in the Server URL text-entry box.

Use Proxy: Click this option if your network is using a Proxy Server to provide a higher level of security when accessing web based services. Contact your system administrator to find out more information on this.

Proxy Server: Specify the name of the Server that is being used as a Proxy on your network.

Port: Specify the port number on the Proxy Server that has been configured to access external web services for your organization.

Translation Direction: Select the language-pair from the drop-down list. This list is provided by the PROMT MT server.
