PowerTranslate™ is the collective name given to a number of powerful features to help professional translators be more productive and efficient in their work. PowerTranslate enables translators to automatically translate files, research a term using concordance and re-use translation from standard TM technologies.

Quickly find untranslated strings

1. Open your project TTK: FILE > Open

2. Select String View( ) from the VIEW ribbon.

3. Click on the root The Project Title is referred to as the Root of a Project TTK File. All files and folders are inserted relative to the Root of your Project TTK File. of the Project TTK, this automatically lists all strings found within the entire project.

4. Go to the Project Workspace window and select the Untranslated filter.

Translate Duplicate strings

Similar to the above steps, use the Duplicates all filter.

Translate Web Pages

1. Open your project TTK: FILE > Open

2. Select Visual View ( ), from the VIEW ribbon.

3. Click on the HTML Hyper Text Markup Language : Format used for representing internet pages in WEB browsers. file to translate.

4. The Project Workspace window will display the Web Page using the visual HTML Editor.

5. Using the mouse click on text in the HTML page and translate it using the Translator Toolbar.

Use Auto-Translate to automatically translate a Project TTK

1. Open your project TTK: FILE > Open

2. Click on the root The Project Title is referred to as the Root of a Project TTK File. All files and folders are inserted relative to the Root of your Project TTK File. of the Project TTK, this automatically lists all strings found within the entire project. Display all untranslated strings.

3. Select the first string in the project workspace.

4. In POWER TRANSLATE click Auto-Translate ().

This will automatically apply any 100% match from attached TMs to each segment in turn. The Auto-Translate will proceed to the next string as long as a 100% match is found and will stop on a segment for which no 100% match is available. In this case, translate the string appropriately, move to the next untranslated string and press Auto-translate again.
