Overview: Translator Toolbar

Translated Text Window

This is where the translation is typed and worked on. Misspelt words are underlined in red, words that contain glossary matches are underlined in Green. Text formats such as Bold, Italic and underline are displayed as is. If your text contains inline tags then they are displayed using tags as shown in the example above.

Source Text Window

This is the original source language text. This is read-only and is used as a contextual reference during the translation process.

Reference Window

This window displays all glossary and Translation Memory matches and provides a quick and easy way to activate Translation Memories and configure glossary files.

Use to word wrap suggested translations onto two or more lines in the list.

Properties

This displays the properties of each item selected. For example if you select a button on a dialog panel , you’ll see it’s co-ordinates, width and height here.

This toolbar contains some useful shortcuts to help you manage segments in your project .
