Enhancements:
- The Validate Expert test for Inconsistent lead/trail spaces now reports "newline formats differ" when a line formatting difference exists between source and target strings, making the validation error easier to distinguish from other lead/trail spaces.
Bug Fixes:
- The underlining in the TM reference tab or Translator Toolbar for differences between Active TM matches and current source text was not always displaying, this has now been addressed.
- If you clicked into the target field in Concordance Manager the field was blank, this has been fixed.
- A change to allow copying part of the text in the Concordance window has been implemented.
- Apply to all files option in the Select Rule dialog is now applied when dragging and dropping files into a TTK.
- Cannot access text file types and parsing rules for code segments when creating XML parse rule - fixed.
- Android support - new strings in English strings.xml not parsed (or aligned) when inserting .apk file where source is more up to date - fixed.
- The Validate Expert test for Inconsistent Printf format specifiers no longer treats "%." as a format specifier.
- Datasource Connection and Database Rules dialogs now correctly launch the help to their appropriate help topics.

Enhancements:
- BAML properties promoted to the string list are now excluded from processing by the Pseudo Translate Expert.
- The Catalyst COM API now includes a Lock Keywords command, see the updated SDKGuide.chm in the Catalyst installation folder.
- Analysis of crash reports has led to some code changes to improve product stability in the areas of string filtering and swap languages.
Bug Fixes:
- Catalyst now preserves character entities entered by the user on XML files when extracted.
- Double click on the lock icon in string view no longer needs the string to be refreshed before unlocking of the string takes place.
- Truncation in Import ezParse Rule and Term Manager Connector dialogs when system display set to 125% - fixed.
- SDK - A superfluous Type Library was being displayed as a Reference, fixed to display only one version of the 11 Type Library.

Bug Fixes:
- .Net satellite assemblies - File Description and Comments values in Version resources now populated correctly on extraction.
- .Net BAML resources - UIDs containing numbers which appeared within a segment e.g. LineBreak_1 were not being extracted correctly. The underscore was being treated as a hotkey and converted to & ampersand on parsing, however on extraction the re-substitution of & to _ was not performed. This has now been resolved.
- A recent code change meant that unlocking a segment using the lock button in the Translator Toolbar was not possible, this has been resolved.
- A crash when attempting to align a localised resx form with a binary .Net assembly has been prevented. Note however that alignment only takes place on the same filetypes.
- Continuous investigation of the crash reports files received and subsequent changes made to avert future occurrences.

Bug Fixes:
- The Width and Height coordinates of Label controls in BAML resources were being set to zero after Leverage if their properties were originally "auto". This has now been resolved.
- Invalid non ASCII character (dash) in help filenames was causing pages not to display if non-Western regional settings used - fixed.
- Dialog title on extraction of .Net assemblies corrected to read "Create Satellite Assembly".

Enhancements:
- Layout Manager and Validate Expert can now be configured to include owner-draw controls in operations. See File | Options | Application for the setting.
- ezScript - using the /m FromFolder: syntax required a backlash to terminate the specified folder. It is now no longer obligatory.
- Analysis of crash reports has led to some code changes to improve product stability.
Bug Fixes:
- Layout Manager did not resize dialogs if the dialog title string was signed off - resolved.
- Frozen resource wordcounts are now removed from the translatable count in the Statistics pane; consistent with Analysis Expert results.
- Strings in a Frozen object can no longer be given locked status.
- It is no longer possible to refresh Statistics while an Update Expert task is taking place.
- Drag and drop files into Catalyst, file order is now maintained.
- Carriage returns now exported to TXML format.
- If the system font is increased, some Catalyst dialogs were not displaying correctly, this has been addressed.

- Option to promote .NET resource properties to the string list added.

- ezScript - the .NET Framework language codes can now be used in ezScript to specify the source and target languages of the TTK file.
- Catalyst language list updated to support new .NET Framework language codes which were released with Windows 10.
- Text files - if no BOM present, files are assumed to be UTF-8 unless unable to be saved as such.
- Validate Expert - improvements to clipped text reporting and an option to decrease clipped text sensitivity added.
Bug Fixes:
- Stability where an ActiveTM is attached while trying to perform a Concordance search on undocked window panes e.g. Results, Concordance improved.
- Sometimes there were issues with trying to load or save some ttks when using a 64 bit version of Catalyst - fixed.
- Occasionally when users customised their columns in the string list, it resulted in an incorrect number of columns to populate when launching Catalyst the next time - code amended to avoid this.
- Code issue addressed with regard to listing the Files/Directories to insert into Catalyst for an APK/MadCap Flare files.
- Now possible to delete a folder and a file in the same folder from within a TTK.
- Validation of a possible NULL pointer with regards to AutoTranslate now takes place.
- ezScript Update /U command fails if using the "ezLogFile:" and "Jobid:" parameters together - fixed.
- Text in the string list for Memo, Context and Match % were displayed as RTL - fixed.
- UTF-8 without BOM HTML files inserted in Catalyst are extracted as UTF-8 if TTK saved - fixed.
- HTML - Sentence segmentation improved when a segment with a tag directly following sentence delimiter, the tag should have started the next sentence, but was left orphaned on the previous sentence.
- Internal spell checker marks words correctly spelled but all in uppercase as incorrect. MS spellcheck does not mark incorrectly spelled uppercase words as incorrect - addressed.
- Find & Replace - Replace used on Xliff unsaved strings are reverted - fixed.
- Update Expert - Xliff files are now correctly updated when using this Expert.
- COM API Licensing Issue - The API was trying to check in the license after each call even if CHECKOUT had previously been used in the batch file - fixed.
- ezScript - if CHECKOUT and CHECKIN commands are written incorrectly the user is informed and Catalyst no longer starts in the background.
Build 112197 - SP2
New Features:
- In order to identify usage patterns, the sending of anonymous usage statistics has now been implemented as a new feature in Catalyst. The data received will be used as a guide for focusing on the development of useful new features and enhancement of existing functionality. Users may opt out of participating by unchecking the checkbox File | Options | Send anonymous usage statistics to Alchemy.
- Proxy settings can now be configured via the Catalyst UI, see File | Options | Online Services.
Enhancements:
- Insertion of a resx file now completes where referenced files such as images are not present on disk.
- Where size and location attributes are missing in pre .Net Framework version 4 resx files, visual view has now been improved.
- ezScript
- Checkout of a license from ANLM was not always retaining the license, this is now addressed.
- Improvement of insertion of .Net assemblies where the assembly source code attempts to change a visual property at application level while Catalyst runs in a non-visual mode.
- For XLIFF files the segmentation options for on and off are now governed by the Segmentation Options Sentence based parsing and Paragraph based parsing.
- Improvements in parsing and processing documentation files implemented.
- Improvements to Term Harvest added.
Bug Fixes:
- An issue preventing leverage of some XLIFF segments with Max Length restrictions resolved.
- The last release introduced an issue where Interactive Fuzzy Leverage edits were not saved, this is now resolved.
- Version resource data missing on some Win32 binary files after Swap Languages and Extract - fixed.
- Glossary Term on occasion added to source string - fixed.
- Icons on the Interactive Alignment dialog were incorrect, this has been amended.
- Run Validate Expert - Spellcheck test - Mark validation errors on, user not asked to save ttk after closing it - fixed.
- Documentation files - memos at file level now saved.
- Occasionally a crash would occur when deleting files/resx files from an unsaved TTK - this has been addressed.
- Inserting all Files from a folder via ezScript resulting in a crash on some unknown file types - fixed.
- Some filetypes did not have an option to Rename or Delete on the Object menu, now addressed.
- Acrolinx
- Inline tags and keywords cause colour coding to go out of synch.
- Validation errors - when Recycle or Active TM match present in the Reference pane, sometimes necessary to click off and back onto validation errors pane in order to invoke Acrolinx right click menu - resolved.

- The Acrolinx SDK plugin has been updated to support Acrolinx version 4.2 and is now available for both 32 bit and 64 bit.
- Check for updates - moved to separate thread so that it does not delay Catalyst start-up.
- ezScript
- File by File Analysis Log breakdown when within the TTK file using /verbose switch. See ezScript.chm | Analysis Expert for further information.
- Find and Replace can now be carried out in ezScript. See ezScript.chm | Find and Replace for further information.
- Change Dialog Font feature - can now change font of all exe/dlls in a ttk using /all switch. See ezScript.chm | Change Dialog Font for further information.
- If analysispackage.properties file is present in user's public folder it will be used when inserting doc format files. This file can be used to set specific include/exclude parsing options. Please contact our Support Team for further information.
- Increased the size of the exceptions frame in File | Options | Segmentation.
Bug Fixes:
- BAML Resources
- Keywords and locks are no longer applied to BAML properties.
- Find & Replace on BAML properties now marks the resource For Review and respects Locked status.
- Find & Replace on BAML properties no longer displays the property in the string list for edit.
- Find in IDs for BAML resources did not find string ids with extension, e.g. "Something.Text" - Resolved.
- Leverage on doc format files now takes place if "Only change status if source and target differ" option is on.
- Google Translate MT not functioning due to change to Google URL - resolved.
- Issue extracting pptx with a specific hyperlink type - fixed.
- Unable to load pseudo expansion settings with ezScript - fixed.
- Analysis Log - Segment Count Total present on 1st files but missing again until Summary total - fixed.

New Features:
- HunSpell dictionaries are now incorporated as internal dictionaries in Catalyst for both 32 bit and 64 bit editions. The old format Polar dictionaries will no longer be present. You can customise your required dictionary languages during installation or install the defaults.
- ContextLink is now available for reading and writing in both the COM and the Event API. The user can now also update ContextLink from validation and pseudo-translation plugins.
Enhancements:
- Spellchecking is now triggered by word delimiters when Check spelling as you type is checked in File | Options | Spell Check.
- The Acrolinx SDK plugin updated to version 4.2, which is available for both 32 bit and 64 bit. Please contact our Support Team for further information.
- Support for Android APK files has been updated.
- COM API help file (SDKGuide.chm) updated with all SDK information.

- ezScript
- Leverage Expert - it is now possible to use a Machine Translation connection string for Leverage.
- It is now possible to export and import Object Types to .ini file for Pseudo Translate, Leverage and Validate Experts. Please see ezScript.chm ("User Profiles" section) for more information.
Bug Fixes:
- Single "&" character now treated correctly in BAML resources rather than being interpreted as a hotkey.
- "Server busy" error on closing some WPF TTKs - fixed.
- ActiveTM and MT Connections - Double click on connection string now invokes the connection dialog, allowing any edits.
- After clicking on a Results pane link and using the Revert or Freeze feature in the Navigator pane, the user would have been brought to the project root folder. The user's location is now maintained.
- If a memo was more than 3 lines long, the memo was not displayed once you click out of the string - resolved.
- Not able to create memos for XML at file level - fixed.
- HTML Support
- Order of HTML attributes in the string list improved, it is now easier to relate attributes to parent elements.
- After leveraging the majority of translated tag attributes did not have a translation status - fixed.
- Occasionally there was incorrect tag placement in HTML extraction on strings with keywords, this is now resolved.
- Occasionally inline tags were not displaying in the Translation field in Workspace - addressed.
- Update Expert - it is now possible to copy path of file to be updated rather than navigating directly to it.
- Export to XLIFF did not include BAML max lengths and context links - resolved.
- Right to Left Support
- Right to Left text is now displayed correctly in the string list.
- Right to Left direction now used for relevant Source/Target Languages in the Translator Toolbar based on the Source and Target language set for the TTK.
- Max length now correctly assessed and displayed for RTL text.
- CHM/HTML files - RTL property written into the "HTML" or "BODY" tag and can be seen when visualising a HTML file in Visual View.
- Validate Expert
- Validation of clipped text in dialogs improved due to font calculations optimisation.
- Differences in results when default Windows font changed - this has been resolved.
- Ignore signed off segments option now respected for clipped text in dialogs test.

Enhancements:
- Glossary matches - the source glossary name for a term match is now displayed. The full path to the glossary can be seen by hovering over the glossary icon.

Bug Fixes:
- Issue causing multiple registry entries when the COM API was used now addressed.
- XML - colons and other valid characters in attribute names now recognised when creating conditional parsing rules.
- Tag handling on Leverage into an XLIFF file now implemented.
- Renaming a documentation file within a TTK was causing extraction issues, this is now resolved.
- Empty curly brackets causing an error on insert of Json file - fixed.
- HTML - attributes were not being displayed with their parent elements on changing filters, this has been addressed.
- Scheduler - issue when trying to close Office SpellChecker instances addressed.
- Revert All on XML leaves memo icons (no memo content) - fixed.
- Properties window size now saved to the registry and maintained on restarting Catalyst.
- Update Expert - Unhandled exception when updating a file which was inserted with one rule type, but now being updated with another rule - resolved.
- During extraction of .NET binaries at a folder level when a BAML resource was followed by a Winform resource this resulted in some extra incorrect resources ending up in some satellite assemblies - resolved.
- Extracting a file with a name longer than 64 characters for a second time to the same location was pre-appending the name with a partial value stored in the registry - resolved.

Enhancements:
- Export to XLIFF - Inline tags are formatted correctly and the outputted file passes XLIFF validation tests.
- XML files with UTF-16 encoding are now correctly supported in XML Visual View.
Bug Fixes:
- Some memory leaks after closing a TTK file specific to DDF files have been identified and fixed.
- ezType - ezType completes translations although not enabled - fixed.
- ezType - CTRL+Shift+S caused text to be added by ezType when enabled - now fixed to just apply Sign-off status.

Bug Fixes:
- Focus on dialog resource in Navigator windows lost in Visual View meaning that dialog resizing could not take place using the keyboard - resolved.

- Word Doc - Catalyst now correctly handles Hyperlinks in Doc file formats.

- Strings with line feeds - Space Markers on - insert inline tags no longer causes preceding tags to move position.
- Validate Expert - Mark validation errors now implemented for Inconsistent Keywords test and on all tests performed on Ribbon resource types.
- Validate Expert - now reports when Menu accelerator resource types contain Inconsistent Keywords.

Enhancements:
- Validate Expert results are now written to the results pane after processing each file or resource group, speeding up processing time.
- Accelerator Keys for the Export to XLIFF and Import from XLIFF options added.
- Error message now output to the results pane on importing XLIFF from child ttks created by Project Division Expert into parent ttk.
Bug Fixes:
- In the Validate Expert for the test Inconsistent Keywords the result hyperlinks for .NET resources was not scrolling the string into view and edits made in Translator Toolbar were not saved; this is resolved.
- Win32 binary files - PNG and Ribbon resources - issues relating to insertion and extraction resolved.
- Importing .ini file resulting in duplicated file lists in Leverage Expert TMs, Active TM and Term Sources; this is resolved.
- Issue where the length of string changed by 1 when the Max Size was applied; this is resolved.
- Deleting unused build references in build 110112 caused Leverage from .tm in Catalyst x64 to stall; this is resolved.

Bug Fixes:
- The SDK 11 is now updated to fully register the COM interface in the registry.

- TMX as Active TM - parsing information text in status bar corrected.
